This kitchen design and installation was a very special project for us. Completed in 2020, this work was part of a deep renovation of a crica. 1900 built Victorian home in Sandycove.
To work in such a beautiful old home was both a proud moment and a challenging experience. The outcome was fantastic however and possibly beyond most of our expectations, not a straight line in the house at the start! But it was the effective collaboration between client, builder, architect, and many others, that made it all happen in the end. This project, all projects really, are team efforts. And this was a team we were very proud to be a member of.
Bray, Co. Wicklow

A complete refurbishment of a large Detached 1800s Victorian home required a huge amount of care and attention to detail. These houses are not easy to work with, we all know this, but always worth all of the effort. Completely. The most rewarding projects are rarely easy!
To retain most of the original characteristics, and to recreate rooms and a kitchen that was both respectful to the past yet modern and functional was an exciting challenge. The client opted for a bright coloured ‘fun’ kitchen that was just a perfect choice. (it’s obviously great to work with clients who know colour and style!)
For this project, we were also asked to design and build some bespoke fittings including shelving to the office, fitted wardrobes to bedrooms and some feature built-in storage and display units.
